EVOLUXER is a Spanish consulting company specialised in the management and implementation of EU funded Projects worldwide. EVOLUXER has a highly specialised staff in the implementation of programmes and projects according to the European Commission’s Procedures and Practical Guide (PRAG) rules. The company serves public management and public administrations in their adaptation to the European Integration process, organises seminars and consultancy work for countries to support them in their preparations for accession to the European Union and on approximation between the national legislation. From 2015 Evoluxer is implementing European Union’s Project “Capacity Building of Agricultural Cooperatives Development Agency (ACDA) and Agricultural Cooperatives” in Georgia under the European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development. The project aims to elaborate a long-term development strategy for agricultural cooperatives, transform ACDA into a membership based organization, ensure involvement of agricultural cooperatives in their development process, and bring the ACDA structure in line with the organizational structure of similar organizations in developed European organizations.
As a result of the intervention up to 21 ACDA staff members trained in technical and management short term courses, including project management, financial accounting, audit, budgeting and etc. Up to 105 trainers attended the certified ToT program in fundamentals of cooperation and business planning. Up to 350 coop members and managers attended on jobs training in accounting and bookkeeping. Up to 1500 coop members and managers participated in the training modules related to the fundamentals of cooperation and business planning. Project has also developed legal guideline for the coop members and managers that is a hand book interpreting the agriculture cooperatives legislation and statue. Project has organized two study tours first one in Spain and the second in Romania to share the experience of the European countries in institutional development of the coops support organizations.
